Production and Shipping Times

Our backpacks will be shipped within 2 to 4 business days, depending on the production process, once your purchase is confirmed.
Remember that all our backpacks are completely handmade and are unique pieces: no two are alike.
Once your order is confirmed, production of your backpack will begin the next business day.

Our artisans typically take between 24 and 48 hours to complete each piece. Therefore, shipping is generally done on the third or fourth business day after purchase.
If you need your backpack urgently, please contact us directly. We will do our best to produce it within 24 hours; please note that this rush service incurs an additional charge.
